ABOUT CHALET ST-AUBIN

Chalet St-Aubin is a spacious, beautiful cottage that can sleep up to 19 people, located in the rustic village of Otter Lake, Quebec (1.5 hours from Ottawa). With access to the lake, it is a perfect destination for family and friends to gather. The cottage offers a peaceful and comfortable stay, surrounded by nature

The space: 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 large balcony, 1 upper level balcony, a large basement ideal for conferences or retreats.

The log cottage was hand-built by Guy St-Aubin, a wood-worker born and raised in Otter Lake. He cut every single log at his saw mill, located a few minutes from the cottage. The interior construction was done by his 2 sons: Daniel St-Aubin and Louis-Philippe St-Aubin.

This beautiful log home is a family affair and a labor of love.

OUR ROOMS

Chalet St-Aubin houses 5 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 19 guests. Each room is equipped with crisp white bedding, black-out curtains, and a closet.

Room 1: 1 bunk-bed (double-sized)

Room 2: 1 bunk-bed (double-sized)

Room 3: 1 bunk-bed (double-sized)

Room 4: 1 bunk-bed (double-sized) + 1 single bed

Room 5: 1 queen bed

OUR SERVICES

AMENITIES

Full kitchen and BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for guests to cook comfortably. Basic pantry items are provided (oil, coffee, sugar, spices, etc). A regular filtered- coffee machine is provided.

Coziness. Both balconies have heat lamps that allow you to sit out in the evening or during the colder months. There is also a wood-burning fireplace, a luxurious soaker tub and a solo reading chair.

Linens and towels are provided.

Leisure. The cottage experience includes a hot tub, a private dock on the lake, 2 canoes, a firepit, a bar and poker table, 2 balconies, board games, a TV and DVD player.

Free Wifi, available throughout the cottage.

Conference or Party space. The walk-out basement is equipped with tables and chairs that can fit up to 40 people. The large space is ideal for small business retreats, parties or even yoga workshops.
